How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. If you don't see it within an hour, check your spam folder or email us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes – as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is $8.00 (3–7 business days) and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.00 (1–3 business days). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free. See our Refund Policy for details.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
