Shipping policy

Where we ship
Northfold Goods currently ships to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard Shipping – $8.00 flat rate, delivered in 3–7 business days after processing.
- Free Standard Shipping – on all orders of $70.00 or more.
- Express Shipping – $15.00 flat rate, delivered in 1–3 business days after processing.
Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also follow your order from your account page.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, shows as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, email us at miguel@feedforge.ai within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships and we will update it.
