Return Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made at Northfold Goods (datafeeds.store).

30-day returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Eligible return shipping within the United States is free—we email you a prepaid return label after you start a return.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, fragrance, underwear, and earbuds may only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email miguel@feedforge.ai with your order number and the item(s) to return.
We reply within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time) with a prepaid label and instructions.
Ship the item(s) using that label within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we email you confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Original outbound shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

To get a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want (fastest option while stock lasts).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your package on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full at no cost.
